We can provide plans and maps for a wide range of purposes.

Two examples are listed below, but we can tailor our plans for many more uses.

As Built Plans - for property developers:

• Plan at 1:100 or scale of choice
• Detail of rooms including steps, ledges and overhead beams.
• Vertical heights of rooms, doors and windows indicated.
• Option to include elevations and cross section.

Contract Supporting Plans

• Plan at 1:100 or scale of choice.
• Detail of rooms including steps, ledges etc.
• Proposed furniture layout can be included.
• Labeling of zones can be included

Standard Fees (subject to discussion of detail required)

• £150.00 + VAT for first 1000 sq ft
• £10.00 + VAT per 100 sq ft thereafter
• £0.40 + VAT per mile travel

Discounted Fees for Prompt Payment

• 20% discount on fees (excluding travel)
• Offered for settlement within agreed terms, otherwise reverting to standard fees
• £120.00 + VAT for first 1000 sq ft
• £8.00 + VAT per 100 sq ft thereafter
